In-Home or In Our Clinic
We currently offer in-home evaluations in some Utah counties:
Utah, Salt Lake, Davis, Weber, and Cache counties.
If you live outside these areas, you can come to one of our offices for an evaluation.
The Autism Evaluation will take 1 - 2 hours
The entire evaluation will take 1-2 hours start to finish, so please arrange your schedule accordingly.
You Will Receive Your Results in 3 Weeks or Less
We understand how important it is to get an autism diagnosis sooner rather than later. From start to finish, the total length to receive your diagnosis results will be 3 weeks or less.
A Parent or Guardian Needs to Be Present
Please do not leave your child unattended during this evaluation.
The Technician cannot diagnose Autism
Please note that your technician giving the assessment cannot diagnose on site. They do not have the qualifications to do so. There is a psychologist reviewing your case and evaluation results who will be contacting you afterwards.

This helps you decide if moving forward with an evaluation is right for you.
Use the pre-screening tool that corresponds to your child's age for a more accurate assessment.
For babies and toddlers ages 16 months - 30 months
For children between the ages of 30 months old to 5 years old
For anyone 6 years and older, including adults
Comlete Our Patient Intake Form
Ready to move forward? After completing the screener, we will reach reach out via email with our recommendations and a link to our Patient Intake Form.

Schedule Your Evaluation & Pre-Pay
Ready to book your evaluation? We usually have availability within just a few days. Payment of $1,100 USD is required at time of booking with a discount of $100 for full payment.

Participate in the Evaluation
In-person evaluations available at-home in these counties: Utah, Salt Lake, Weber, Davis, or Cache County.
We also have a clinic in Ogden and American Fork if you are interested in traveling to our location.
Review Results with a Psychologist
One of our psychologists will reach out to review the results with you over a video call. If your child is diagnosed with autism, you will receive a full Diagnostic Report as well as a list of resources now available to you.
